What we collect
For sellers, we collect your email address, storefront details and payout bank details. For buyers, we collect the email address used at checkout and the order record. We never store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
Why we collect it
To deliver purchased files, credit seller balances, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, and send transactional emails such as receipts and download links.
Buyer emails
A buyer's email is shared with the seller of that product only, so they can support their customer. Sellers may not use it for unsolicited marketing.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Product files are stored privately and are only reachable through single-purpose download links.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing business@produk.io. We keep order records as required for accounting.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your light or dark theme choice. No advertising trackers.
